<p dir="auto">Having lost my admin password, I tried to login to the Cloudron interface using the command "cloudron-support --admin-login" . But it doesn't work. <img src="https://forum.cloudron.io/assets/plugins/nodebb-plugin-emoji/emoji/android/1f61e.png?v=d69db52af35" class="not-responsive emoji emoji-android emoji--disappointed" style="height:23px;width:auto;vertical-align:middle" title=":(" alt="😞" /> Do I have to run the command with a specific user? Is there another way to reset the administrator password to access the interface please?</p>

Given that this seems quite basic, maybe something else if off. If you want us to take a direct look, enable remote SSH support (maybe you have to put the key manually from <a href="https://docs.cloudron.io/support/#ssh-keys" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://docs.cloudron.io/support/#ssh-keys</a> also in your case) and send us a mail with your dashboard domain/ip (if behind a cdn) to <a href="mailto:support@cloudron.io" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">support@cloudron.io</a></p>

<p dir="auto">I have allready created this file manualy, but it seems that's not taken into consideration... i named it "cloudron_ghost.json" . Is it ok ? Owner is root, is it ok too ?</p>
