I use Microsoft Whiteboard if I am showing something live because I think its easy to use and has good drawing tools. I use Open Board if I need to save the file and upload it somewhere.
I write and draw anything with xp-pen drawing tablet , The tablet works great for digital writing with whiteboard apps .
