Never mind, I fixed it. Turned out that moving the Syncthing app to the volume instead of trying to connect the volume independently.
Now after trying to set it up I'm suddenly getting "folder path missing" errors on folders that were working.
Seems like the problem has something to do with how cloudron manages the domain. Is say that because is I change the URL of the Syncthing app the error seems to disappear.
@necrevistonnezr The screenshot I sent is what I get when I click there. I restored from the working backup again and so far it's working.
I had to reprovision the Syncthing app again and am getting the same error I got at the beginning of the thread. I don't; remember how I fixed that.
Just restored it from a backup and it's working so far. I'll post again if crashes again.
The weird part of this whole saga is that Nextcloud seems to run normally and then randomly crash after either an auto backup was run or after it gets updated. Before I found CLoudron I used Nextcloud in its own Linode instance and had no issues.

@girish I apologize for the late reply, I think that I was referring to the error I mentioned in the first post in this thread but that has since gone away. Now I'm getting missing path errors with the path that worked previously and the error shown below.
