15$or even 30$ per month is absolutely NOT pricey/crazy for a system like this. Please compare with similar platforms or server admin tools like Plesk, cPanel etc and you will realise that Cloudron is actually quite cheap

Is there anyway I can get back on this amazing platform -
MySQL and Postgresql as standalone apps@eddowding said in MySQL and Postgresql as standalone apps:
So much yes to all of this. I keep thinking I'm doing something wrong because it MUST be there, right?! and then I read https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/2630/lamp-stack-with-postgres and realise I don't understand enough, and give up. Which is sad.
So massive +100000 to this.
And another +1000000 from my side

Individual translations for Chatwoot@girish Yes I know and I read that, but in this case its not about creating new translations. The existing translations are correct and I'd just like to change the wording in some cases because they don't fit my use case.

Low code / No code solutions for Cloudron@plusone-nick Yes, the are limitations but imho nothing extremly low. E.g. Microsoft SQL Server Express is limited to 10GB user data compared to the 12GB of Oracle XE - and despite of this limitation both products have their value and are widely used in small settings.

Breaking change: move to built-in authIs it possible to deactivate user authentication for Sterling PDF? I run an instance as a free service for some of my clients and don't need authentication.

Oracle 21XE with APEXDoes anybody know if it would be possible to run this on Cloudron? I would love to have this as an alternative to the Oracle Cloud Always Free Tier.

"Total Email Solution" clarification@drew In my opinion this combination of a mail server and mail clients is pretty much a "total email solution". What exactly are you missing, what do you need beyond that?

Breaking change: move to built-in auth@girish Thank you I will think about @RazielKanos' warning. Is this 'only' a problem of bad stuff using up my ressources or could it have legal implications if my machine is used for bad stuff?

Authentication support?@nebulon I just installed 0.3.0 and it seems that now only internal meetings between registered users of my cloudron are possible. How can I invite external guests so that they can join the meeting without being a cloudron user? If I had to choose between an open jitsi where everybody can start a meeting and a closed one only for registered cloudron users I'd like to have the open version like 0.1.0 back please

Oracle 21XE with APEX@robi said in Oracle 21XE with APEX:
@girish no code app dev.
Oracle APEX is a very popular and long established nocode / lowcode development environment with endless possibilities... and there are already some docker files available but I don't have any clue what has to be done to make such docker images available on cloudron

Authentication support?@micmc I totally agree that internal/public would be perfect. But if this is not yet possible imho public is much better than internal because I can use the public jitsi server immediatly to work with my clients (this is what I did over the last two weeks and it performed great). The 'internal only' version means that I have to use Zoom etc. again...

Tooljet - Build and Deploy Internal Tools@JLX89 Very cool, +1

OCS Inventory ServerHi all,
I'm wondering if it would be possible to install OCS Inventory Server on top of a standard Cloudron LAMP stack. Has anybody tried to do this before with or without success?
Best regards
