Nextcloud Talk Video Conference

I've been using Nextcloud on Cloudron for the last 1 year and so far it works just fine, gradual improvement here and there make it more reliable for enterprise usage.

However, we still havent made the video in talk working as expected with common and biggest issue is when calling the other party, the other party didnt see any incoming notification, and if the other party has pickup up the incoming call , then the caller sees the ringing sign still trying to establish a call with the other party

The spec for my hardware i think quite adequate with 4 core latest xeon, 8 GB RAM, 100 Mbps Dedicated network running through 1 Gbps fibre optic, i can say adequate because with other uses case like collaboration, file management, onlyoffice and other features work like a charm

I also has used external turn server using Google and Cloudflare, but still the mentioned issues keep on happening

I still dont know how to investigate or solve this issue, and I hope anyone here can help me how to make it works, and how to look at things that i should tune or improve in my end
