Likely stick to looking at things like

https://www.reddit.com/r/selfhosted/ pretty useful too but I mostly forget about that one.
Saying that, I do also sometimes look at stuff like:

https://stackshare.io/business_tools
Just to see which tools are popular (and then look on the other sites to find open source and self hostable alternatives for them)
