How to record teleconference in Nextcloud Talk?

You need another server and another app - as usual with Nextcloud. And it seems to be quite complicated / buggy: https://help.nextcloud.com/t/how-to-setup-nextcloud-talk-recording-backend/159145.
I really like the basic functionality of NC but this badly documented / modular / app-based / separate server requiring BS for basic stuff is really annoying.

@necrevistonnezr it's not exactly easy with Jitsi either (well not the last time I checkef), the one time I did you I had to use OwnStream and get that to join and record the meeting
But, agreed. Just having a Record button to press that Just Works as many have become accustomed to because Zoom has it would be much better.

I find jitsi easy to use. One option, which is quite funny, is to use jitsi to record the nextcloud conference and save the nextcloud confernece using jitsi. I might try that and see how it works...

@jdaviescoates I launch a teleconference to find the bottom bar, and then click on the hamburger buttons at the bottom right to reveal the menu. If you don't have the same options in the menu, maybe you are on a different version. This is Jitsi 2.0.7882. However, I imagine you have the same version, and that is why you are asking, in which case, I don't know.
