    Hi everyone!

    I've just installed SickChill and set up a demo show, to try it out.
    One issue I'm facing is with the Post Processing function, the Copy/Move option doesn't seem to work.
    SickChill gives me these logs:

    INFO :: POSTPROCESSOR :: Auto post processing task for /media/hetzner/transmission/downloads was added to the queue
    INFO :: POSTPROCESSOR-AUTO :: Beginning auto post processing task: /media/hetzner/transmission/downloads
    INFO :: POSTPROCESSOR-AUTO :: Processing /media/hetzner/transmission/downloads
    INFO :: POSTPROCESSOR-AUTO :: Successfully processed
    INFO :: POSTPROCESSOR-AUTO :: Auto post processing task for /media/hetzner/transmission/downloads completed

    After some online searches, I've concluded that the user that SickChill is running on does not have permissions to move or copy the files to the destination (show folder).

    • My external (Hetzner Storage) volume has all the files set as 998:998 (yellowtent user)
    • SickChill seems to be running under 1000:1000 (cloudron user)

    What can be done here to allow this function to run?

    Thanks!
