I'm looking to set up Transmission but it's not able to receive incoming traffic. The only ports that read as open are Cloudron's standard ports (443, 80, etc). I've followed the instructions to whitelist ports, but Transmission keeps reporting the port as closed.

I need to receive incoming traffic to satisfy ratios - what am I missing?

This is on a Google Cloud VM, by the way. iptables is reporting accept, it's Transmission that says no, and connectivity tests fail.

Edit: Suddenly when I said that, I realized the issue. I never worked with Google Cloud before today and realized I probably needed to address it with them as well. All set now.
