Hi. The Docker images are generally available and are fast becoming the default way to install LibreTime. With v3, LibreTime is no longer considered to be in an alpha state.

LibreTime is in alpha, in that we do not currently provide support for versions earlier than the current. LT was forked from a very mature project, Airtime, which had died (the open source portion at least).
Azuracast is similar to LibreTime, however it does not provide the scheduling power that LT has.
I am not familiar with Cloudron packaging, but I am happy to help from the LibreTime side. We have community supported Docker images that haven't seen development for a while. We are busy updating those and moving them to a more official location. That should hopefully be done soon (TM).
