Discourse update blocked by uglifier issue

Just to update here on why we haven't updated discourse yet. The new upstream version pulls in assets which require harmony support for uglifyjs. I have created a patch for upstream at https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/15757 so we likely wait either for it to get merged or at least feedback on it, since there may be unexpected side-effects, if we just locally apply this to our package.

App is out now, we have moved the package to use terser instead.
