It seems that the Mastodon app does not automatically create an administrator account. The main interface does not display any admin information, and the admin page shows @undefined and keeps loading. In addition, it appears that logging in is only possible through the Cloudron platform.

@hoochanlon said in ChatGPT 说: Issue: Mastodon App Fails to Create default Administrator Account and Shows @undefined on Admin Page:

it appears that logging in is only possible through the Cloudron platform.

It seems you have already sorted it out here:

@hoochanlon said in How can I change the password for a user in Mastodon installed on Cloudron?:

the user self-management part is already sorted out.

For creating users and making them admin, again, read here: https://docs.cloudron.io/packages/mastodon/

@james However, I still have a question: The interface does not display active users or administrators, and it seems to be stuck loading.

          Hello @hoochanlon
Please check the logs of the app for any error and also your web browser logs for errors.
It could also be that your Mastodon simply needs more memory.
You can set the memory limit in the Cloudron Dashboard.

@hoochanlon assuming that you are looking at the "Trending" page from the icon. Posts only appear there if they are trending. Just new posts are not showing there. Checkout the "Recommendations & Trends" in the Mastodon settings page for more details on that feature.

@nebulon thanks. It shows 0 active users, and I’m not sure why admins aren’t counted.I have no further questions.
