              How do we access these features? Nothing has changed in my 1.8.0

                The post installation information would have mentioned that, but I see that this does not help for already existing installations.

                From the app info:

                Only admins have access to settings. To grant admin rights to a user, edit the file at /app/data/config.ini

                That file can be edited through the filemanager.
