Error removing dns entry for mediawiki

I have mediawiki installed on a training.mydomain. When I try to uninstall it i get the following error. Any help?

Uninstalling - Error : External Error - Invalid request IP: (173.x.x.x)

Fixed this. My IP address changed and I forgot to whitelist my new IP for NameCheap.
