Speed tip for Nextcloud: The "Temporary files lock" add-on causes significant slowness

We're doing some speed profiling and testing with Nextcloud, and found the "Temporary files lock" add-on causes significant slowness for the number of users and amount of data we have.

We likely don't need that add-on, and the file versioning add-on pretty-much covers that overlapping save conflicts avoidance need.
