By the way this app is amazing and unique. It really can replace many of the giant's project, time, and people management apps out there. The amount of feature in there is incredible also, though not easily viewable from the surface.

Do you have any tips for best practices or real-world examples? What I see in the screenshots is something I have seen many times before: Waterfall, Kanban, Table ... Is there anything special under the hood?

Pronouns: he/him | Primary language: German

Yeah, of course there are all these tools they are part of agile process. Now, Leantime team have managed to craft all these tools together, according to their process which an open project management process, in a unique and different way than how others approach it. Their approach is mainly based on the developers' experience acquired at places they work.

You'd get to see more detailed explanations from the following page:
          https://leantime.io/open-source-project-management/

The tools are to be used to manage projects based and with these strategies:
          https://leantime.io/2023/08/02/what-is-a-business-strategy-and-how-to-create-one/

Now, just check out the list of features, many are unique, it's almost mind-boggling lol

Here, the nitty-gritty detailed list of all features (only AI functions are not yet on the self-hosted version):

          Hope that helps.

@micmc Your high praise for this project prompted me to try it. As you say, there is a lot of functionality there. I am glad to see Gantt Chart and Timelines available. The interface is nice and slick.

I look forward to giving it a spin. Thank you.
