I can't access the appstore. Everything is slow. It takes several minutes to load into the cloudron work space when navigating to it via my IP address and when I get there the Server constantly times out. I can't get to the appstore, only half of the settings load in, and it seems the only page I can get to is the page that tells me I have no apps and gives a link to the appstore which won't load. I'm running Ubuntu 20.04.2 server and I have tried it on a 4core AMD laptop with 4 gigs of ram. When that was slow I figured it was probably the computer (even though none of the docs say it should need more than 4 gigs of ram on a dedicated machine), I loaded it on to a desktop with a ryzen 5 and 32 gigs of RAM, but loading it on to the desktop now it tells me I don't have an IP address.
I almost went ahead and paid for this. I'm glad I tried the free version first. I expect a certain amount of my own troubleshooting on my machines, and even had to tweak the system to get it up and running, which is fine. I also understand that once it's running there are to be some hiccups, but I cannot for the life of me understand how on earth you can justify charging money for a service this difficult to implement and not actually have any form of easily accessible customer service whatsoever. Forums are great for open source, but if I'm going to give you money, I expect you to actually support your product.
