Can we setup a permission somewhere, allows users to restart their own apps? SO the admin doesnt have to do it.

Can we get a disk quota per app/per user please. Will help cut down on space that the users recording shows and other things sucking up space from others.

Any one able to get Emby Connect to work when using the invite system?

the software emby. when u setup a user, they get a invite and can log in with their emby username and password through the invite.
Not sure if your being sarcastic? but the invite helps them login lot quicker then having to do the manual approach. They can log in once on the app and have all their servers in one location. SSO..
