@robi indeed, the UI needs some fixing, the public status page doesn't look great as well. I reckon it depends on your usecase: You could either add all customers websites as admin and link them to the corresponding users, so they can check their uptime or you install one instance per customer and give those users admin rights so they can monitor themselves.
