Depends on how much time you want to invest here but... here's an idea.
You can always get the data from sqlite using sqlite3 <dbfile> . Now take this data and convert it into postgres insert commands.
It seems one can deploy this on Surfer - https://github.com/linka-app/linka?tab=readme-ov-file#deployment-guide . Unsure, how this works. Maybe it needs CORS support in linkding.
@JOduMonT i love the Linkding injector (display Linkding results on any Google Search results page), as well. Very helpful - do other bookmark managers provide this as well?
The issue with sqlite is, that it needs to know when to commit to disk to have consistent state for a backup. With the database addons, we have backup triggers.
