Forms, Scheduling etc

Is there a way to create and share a simple form from within one of the cloudron apps? The purpose would be to schedule meetings, conduct polls, feedback, submit agenda items. I know there is not a forms app currently within the app store, but I am curious if this was possible from within one of the crm, project manager or another app?

Upon some investigating, did find a polls utility like doodle in nextcloud. It allows you to share it with users but also share a public link. Pols can be text based or created using a calendar. Persons responding can answer a yes,no and maybe on whatever options are offered.
