2.4 is available to all now.
- Logging enhancements
  
  App management and App logs are now merged into a single stream
  
  Platform, email and backup logs are now accessible from the browser
- New Backup UI
- Docker & Node upgrades
- Password requirements has now changed to just enforce 8 char limit (special characters and capitalization not required anymore)
