Repeat encryption password

Cloudron currently assumes you get your encryption password right; given the right substances you might get it wrong. Please solicit password twice and sanity check accordingly.

@nebulon would it be too much to make sure, either just from a visual stand point to encourage people to save that encryption password offline/somewhere ?
