To complete the toolbox useful to researchers in digital humanity and galleries, libraries, archives, museums users, I suggest packaging SimpleAnnotationServer.

A Java annotation server which is compatible with W3C web annotation data model and with International Image Interoperability Framework (IIIF). IIIF resources and annotations are backed by an Apache Jena triple store. SimpleAnnotationServer embeds a Mirador editor / viewer.
