need to reset MySQL password installed in Ubuntu 22.04 but while running the command - sudo mysqld_safe --skip-grant-tables &.. I am getting the error

    mysqld_safe Logging to '/var/log/mysql/error.log'.
2022-09-07T06:31:06.673405Z mysqld_safe Directory '/var/run/mysqld' for UNIX socket file don't exists.

Anyone have any idea what's the resolution?

Hi there, what is the reason for resetting the password? Cloudron will not work if any other than the password set by the cloudron installation script will be used, so I am not sure if you are seeking the correct solution in the first place.

@piyush_chhabra ah ok, well this is a Cloudron forum so in your case you have to ask most likely in ubuntu forums.
