Is 350ms ping on directus normal?

Hey, I just installed directus with cloudron, and saw the ping on the top left bar is showing 350ms, so wanted to know if this would affect the performance when querying through the api, and the reason behind the high ping.

Moreover, can anyone tell me where it shows which sql database cloudron-directus is using, postgres or mysql?

Regarding the ping, took me a bit to realize that you have to hover over that wifi signal strength icon. However on a fresh install here on a not so beefy server it shows values around 50ms. But more importantly I am not actually sure what this represents and what the usefulness of this is.
