2 factor hardwarekey doesn't work

Heyas,
When i try to add a hardware key to my account, i instantly get the message "Hardware key registration aborted". Anybody has an idea how to fix that?In the log i can see this message:
2023-11-20T06:03:39.301Z [4567/995] - info: [plugin/2factor] Denying socket access for uid 2 pending second factor. -
