      Hello All!
It seems that the OpenID Connect plugin settings are being overwritten when the app restarts. We previously had this setup with a custom provider -- any thoughts on how to prevent this from being overwritten on app restart?

      Thank you!

If the app was installed with Cloudron usermanagement enabled, then the package assumes it "owns" those settings. Previously those were not touched as the package didn't use them but now it does.

The best way here would be to have the app installed without Cloudron usermanagment if external users are used. Not sure how much of an option this is for an active discourse forum though.

@nebulon Thank you for following up with me on this. I'm fairly when I installed the app, it was installed with user management disabled. Is there a way for me to double check this prior to working to migrate the app over to a new installation? Thank you!

Either you can hover over the app grid item in the main dashboard view and a small user-management indicator will be shown, or also in the app configure page in the dashboard, you will find it under access control tab.

@nebulon It looks like I did miss this and it was configured when I installed the app. I can move forward and create a new app, but for future reference for some other apps -- if this is enabled, is there a way to remove it?

The SSO bit cannot be toggled dynamically. It's the one bit in app configuration that is not dynamically configurable unfortunately. So, you have to re-install.
