I could get a shared file but when I click on it, it's messy (perhaps normal since it must be downloaded):

    cubby_1.png

But the main issue here is the download where I get a JSON error:

    cubby_2.png

I forked the topic so it doesn't get confused with the email related issues from https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/10442/email/1

So this is happening due to content-type handling. There is no good generic handling solution, besides working through the document types while seeing it doesn't to the right thing. So please report other wrong default content-type handlers and I will fix them up one-by-one.

        Hello,

        Thanks for the specific post.

If the same file is in my folder, I can view and download it but if someone shared it to me I get this JSON error.
hence this is not a content-type handling since it depends of the folder or each folder handles specificly the content ?

        Regards

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Cubby, share is functional now but the download feature in "shared with you" folder does not work while in the main menu (uploaded myself) is downloadable.

            Thanks for the support

if we click on the link in the email, content is displayed and the download feature is working....

              Working link:
              ***************/#files/shares/sid-93f662419ee1d19d0944f69aa958c0000d9a65bfca650b62431210b445b2dadb/

Download function in the "shared with you" not functionnal:
              **************************/api/v1/files?type=download&path=/shares/Tutuo_Smartsheet_ajout_oublie.mp4

              Thanks

maybe create new threads for separate issues, so we can track, fix and close them appropriately.

Yes this is directly linked to the current topic, it's related to download function.

If I understood the problem correctly, then it is fixed in the just released version.

Thanks, if I click the file in "shared with you" then dowload it's ok but if I use the three dots button to download, I still have the JSON error:
                        cubby_2.png
