I was logged into my mastodon instance as one user. I wanted to logout and login as another user, but I can't, because as soon as I click on the button to login with Cloudron it logs the previous user back in again (even though that is NOT the user I'm currently logged into my Cloudron Dashboard as).

Very similar to lots of other OIDC issues that others have reported with other apps.

How can I actually log out so that I can log back in again as a different user?

I use Cloudron with Gandi & Hetzner

@jdaviescoates you are probably logged into the dashboard as well. So, logout from dashboard as well. Otherwise, clear browser history for the domain (I know, not ideal...) or firefox containers or anonymous mode. We are going to look into OIDC logout support from next release.

I was logged in to my dashboard as jdaviescoates and into Mastodon as uniteddiversity and what I wanted to do was to login to Mastodon as josef

I was, but as a different user...

But, actually, it seemed I was somehow logged in as both.

So, I just logged out of my dashboard as jdaviescoates but I was immediately still logged in, but as uniteddiversity

I'm not sure how that happened/ was possible - because how did I manage to login as jdaviescoates in addition to uniteddiversity?

I mean, surely I would've had to logout as uniteddiversity in order to be able to login again as jdaviescoates - but I guess, not, somehow 🤷

Sounds like that is a pretty important thing to support, thanks! 🙏
