I know that some of the applications are not compatible with Cloudflare, so I need to deactivate the app that is not compatible with Cloudflare.

My question is how to make all apps compatible with Cloudflare? Should I subscribe the Cloudflare Pro to make it compatible or there's something else?

Maybe we have to look into each such app separately. Which app is not working for you so we can start looking into that for a start? For Cloudflare Pro I don't really know if that helps here.

For me, if my.cloudron domain uses Cloudflare proxy and then the LDAP and OIDC for other apps I can't log in.

LDAP uses a custom port and won't be compatible with Cloudflare. Cloudflare only proxies HTTP. OIDC should be compatible with Cloudflare though .
