Server not updated after package update to 1.74.0

Hi @Package-Updates,
the immich package was updated to 1.74.0 and the server version should be 1.117.0. However my server is still v1.116.2.

Yes - I am facing the same issue. It says its updated to 1.117.0 but has not actually updated.
