Issue with pointing to a custom entry file after surfer updates

I have deployed an app which has as entry point
app.html.Configuring that in the settings worked fine.
But I noticed after updating it (maybe even restarting it or restoring it from a backup), the link to this configured HTML file is broken.
Just going to the settings and saving it without doing any changes fixes it.
Could you please fix this? I don't want to have to think about fixing this manually every time.
