    By default anyone can register an account to a fresh installation.

    This leads to bot signups, potentially with the task to steal (OpenAI) API keys.

    This setting can and should be disabled here:

    I could not find any setting which disallows this:

      Are you referring to the Cloudron package? It is disabled by default in the Cloudron package in both Cloudron auth and non-Cloudron auth mode.
