Forgejo fails to send email due to TLS trust issues

Hi,
When I enable email, Forgejo refuses to send it in the default configuration, because the
mailalias does not have a valid TLS cert. I had to manually override the ini with[mailer] FORCE_TRUST_SERVER_CERT=trueto make it work.
I suggest adding a fix to the package.
