I've very much enjoyed using https://www.integromat.com as a cheaper and nicer alternative to Zapier/IFTTT for various automations.

If you want a quick and easy way to get data from one app to another, either migrating or continual synching, then this is the fastest way I know of.

Anyhow, same as here, if you have a FOSS app you like and want easier API data flow from or to it, then well worth adding or upvoting here as they seem equally proactive for growing app options:
