sorry for the late reply.
I had contact with Johannes and someone fixed the problem.
I can't find the Mail yet, but I believe in something like "I added the users and gave them new passwords....".
Fun-fact: I can login with my cloudron username and password.So I installed a new instance to double-check, and there is the same problem.
If it is a problem only my installation has, it's okay for me.
I just wanna help if there a more users with the same issue. (; -
Hi, I don't want to start a new topic. I have the same problem. I can't login with my account to the Tiny Tiny app. Has anyone found a solution please? Thank you very much for your advice.

@archos anything in the logs? And are you unable to login with some mobile app or is this the website?
@girish Good morning, thank you for your reply. I can't log in, even from the Tiny Tiny app from Android. In the logs I could only find about an attempt to log in.

@archos I just installed a fresh install and that works at least. Just to double check, the user you are trying to login is configured to have access to that app? Also I assume you can relogin to the dashboard fine with that username and password?

@nebulon During installation, I enabled access for all Cloudron users and log in with the same username and password as the control panel. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application and still the same problem.

@archos looks like we have to debug this directly on your instance then.
If that is ok with your, please enable remote SSH access for us in the support page and send us an email with your dashboard domain to support@cloudron.io
