      Cloudron v6.1.2
      osTicket Package v1.4.1

      I tried adding email addresses to osTicket (like help@example.com, incidents@example.com) without much luck.

      I created a Cloudron user for osTicket to own these mailboxes. Then I created each mailbox and gave them to the osTicket user.

      In osTicket, I added each email address and configured fetching and sending. I used osTicket's outgoing mail function to test sending with one of the new mailboxes and I received a mail from that address.

      But osTicket never creates tickets from incoming mail. I can see the mail in the inbox with RainLoop. These are the log lines when osTicket tries to fetch:

      Mar 06 16:36:27 ==> Fetching mails
      Mar 06 16:36:27 sh: 1: /usr/sbin/sendmail: not found
      Mar 06 16:36:27 PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function _S() in /app/code/upload/include/class.mailer.php:612

      Mar 06 16:36:27 #5 /app/code/upload/api/cron.php(17): require('/app/code/uploa...')

      Mar 06 16:36:27 thrown in /app/code/upload/include/class.mailer.php on line 612

      How can I configure osTicket to create tickets from incoming mail to other addresses?

          @bcduggan I am able to reproduce this, looks like a bug in the package. Will make a fix.
