Bug: Wrong Outbound Email link

When you go to the Email tab of an app and then click on the "Outbound Email" link at the top right, you get a "404 not found".
The reason is that the url is surrounded with some extra characters (quotes and slashes), probably caused by wrong escaping of the characters.

@guyds thanks for reporting, this is already fixed and was a translation bug in the end. Will be part of the next release.
