      (I'm on com.chatwoot.cloudronapp@0.2.0)

I have three channels set up - a website widget, telegram, and twitter. Twitter images are links to the twitter DM box which I assume is normal, but when sending images via telegram or the attachments widget there's some issues.

Telegram images are duplicated, and file names are corrupted (telegram then chatwoot):

      42a578e7-157d-48a8-86aa-9ba09b30f546-image.png

      The

was sent yesterday, and the nightmare for christmas image was sent once today but appears twice. The file works fine when renamed to name.zip but arrives without the correct name and no extension.

Logs here for a month: (https://cubby.conjecturaltechnologies.xyz/api/v1/shares/sid-d569d1c6e82f02df9d59da21499c45872ccc3728a008a5ba5d9e33323dbdb61a?type=raw)

The chat widget had an issue where the image was broken on the user's side after I sent it, but when I refreshed the page now to get a screenshot it was fixed and didn't happen with new images.

thanks to the cloudron/chatwoot staff for making this available!

@ianhyzy this sounds more like an upstream app bug. Do you see any errors in the app or browser logs which might lead to this?
