New version of scrumblr

Seems like the version has been updated since the demo is now quite different to the Cloudron version with a fair few improvements.
While it is a bit like a toy, this app actually does a pretty great job as a simple, pretty/friendly and intuitive collaborative whiteboard!

@avatar1024 Looks like there is some basic conf loading issues with the latest version... I have submitted a PR upstream - https://github.com/aliasaria/scrumblr/pull/161 . But it's not been updated for a while, so I am not sure if it will ever get merged, let's see.
