Machine-learning with tensorflow

The package v0.4.0 has the machine learning process enabled (always enabled now) which relies on tensorflow. The tensorflow binary is rebuilt to fit the system on every app restart.
Generally I have not seen any errors, but also I couldn't really figure out what exactly is supposed to happen or shown in the UI. So if anyone detects any usage of this or knows what should happen, please let us know, so we can verify this.
