    I'm getting this error:

Error when trying to connect (cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 60001 milliseconds (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://docs.example.com/healthcheck)

My NAT loopback seems funky (AT&T Router...) so I think I need to access it directly instead of using the external address.

How can this be done? the networking stuff is weird with docker...

    Specifically this setting I think?

ONLYOFFICE Docs address for internal requests from the server

@Supaiku What's weird too is that I can actually curl the docs app healthcheck from the nextcloud terminal and it returns true...

@Supaiku I guess this got sorted out? It seems at https://forum.cloudron.io/topic/8377/collabora-s-nextcloud-office-freezes-nextcloud/2?_=1673087753109 you said it's working.

@girish I set it up with an installation on a Digital Ocean box, and will get a better router, but still curious if it is possible to use internal network addresses or not.

On my other computers I edited the hosts file, but I can't figure out how to do that in a way that works on the box hosting cloudron.

@Supaiku For cloudron, instead of the hosts file, you have to edit unbound configuration. See https://docs.cloudron.io/networking/#private-dns . I think you just have to make sure that nextcloud is reachable by dns name from onlyoffice .

@girish awesome! That's what I was looking for there 🙂

Of course now I've got my shiny new EdgerRouter X setup with hairpin nat and things are working out of the box as expected 🙂
