Link mention and link to email section of docs should be added to first time instructions

It's been a while since I set-up a new Ghost site, so I forgot about the need to set-up the email stuff as per https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/ghost/#email and https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/ghost/#transactional-emails
Please a mention and link to that in the first time set-up instructions.
You basically can't use Ghost as most people will expect to be able to do so without doing all that (I remembered the Mailgun stuff but forgot about the need to create Support and Newsletter email addresses and then change the settings for those in Ghost admin), the the first time set-up ought to mention them.
