Freescout Automation/Integration Q's

I'm looking to automate/integrate Freescout with other apps on my Cloudron server and was wondering if anyone has any experience/luck with that.
The world of webhooks is unknown to me but I spotted this Freescout module: https://freescout.net/module/api-webhooks/
Can I use that to hook FS to Wekan/Noco/NextCloud/InvoiceNinja?
If not, what about getting Freescout to work with N8N as the middle-man?
