Unclear(and wrong) codebase license

This is more a FYI, probably not consequential for a selfhosting usecase.

So the author has defined a license which is supposed to be a mix of AGPL and Common Clauses, which are not compatible.

The author tried to justify themselves using the concept of Selling Clause which doesn't apply.

Now I understand where the author is coming from (not too dissimilar to the license questions Cloudron had), but their answer is wrong.

@ruihildt right, it's documented as such at https://github.com/TandoorRecipes/recipes#license as well. My understanding is it's OK to selfhost but not resell tandoor for commercial stuff or host it for others (in the spirit of the author's current state of mind).
