I wish DMs would be better visually distincted from other content in the Android app and same for replies to toots but seems like there's no priority on it. In that state, Mastodon is nearly unusable with the official apps for me because I can hardly tell what what is.

wrote on Aug 8, 2023, 8:05 PM last edited by@warg The "official" apps (i.e., apps published by Mastodon gGmbH) are the worst choice for accessing Mastodon IMO. Try some other apps, I'm sure you will find something you like. Most other apps have been around for much longer than the "official" apps, too.
