Typebot is now available as unstable for testing in the app store. It's a Typeform alternative.

It has full OpenID connect integration with Cloudron but required some changes, so it's only available from Cloudron 7.5 on

Not really. It's a "conversational apps builder" rather than a nice simple forms app.
