Hi I was on the free plan for quite some time, which worked for my one app. Then I upgraded to premium for a month to try some additional apps. None of them worked out, so I canceled the premium subscription and assumed I'd be back on the free plan. Now I'm unable to execute updates because the dashboard is saying I don't have a subscription. Is there any way to get back to the original free level? Thanks.

Return to free? -
Error on image uploads@b2breporter Oh - not totally sure, but I think we figured it out. We were originally trying to post images that were much larger in file size.

Error on image uploads@nebulon So weird. I had tried a bunch of times before - yes same setting - and yet today it works. Ok thanks.

Error on image uploadsI'm getting an error — "We're sorry, but something went wrong on our end." — when trying to upload the server thumbnail or custom mascot as an admin. Maybe I have a permissions issue? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Changed to Bare DomainHi all - I set up a Mastodon server on Cloudron and initially used a subdomain pub.corporatetravel.social. I decided I wanted a bare domain instead, corporatetravel.social, so I had Cloudron reconfigure it that way. But Mastodon is still showing, in user accounts for example, as pub.corporatetravel.social. Hoping I don't have to start over. Any advice is much appreciated.
