Oh I see the datadirectory was adjusted! I have no clue how this works inside nextcloud if this wasn't done from the first startup of the app as nextcloud maintains database records for each file on disk and only support a single data root. So presumably things got out of sync. You have to reach to nextcloud community for such internals I am afraid, I assumed the volume was used via the external storage plugin: https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/nextcloud/#attaching-external-storage

@SolarSimon We basically just wait for 2-3 weeks giving apps sometime to make themselves compatible for the next nextcloud release. Beyond that, we don't have any compatibility checks. You have to disable nextcloud app updates (on Cloudron) and then check compat yourself and click update whenever you think all your apps are ready.

Okay, I've come one step further. The situation with the domain was apparently caused by Firefox. With Vivaldi there is a successful login again, or an error, depending on the plugins. How unnecessary Actually Discourse only works with one plugin, but the plugin itself does not work: Discourse User Notes With the other tested plugins nothing works, only the error message: "Oops The software powering this discussion forum encountered an unexpected problem...." I only tested two further Plugins: check-list and reactions My test procedure is simply to remove the plugin folder and restart the app. I have no idea whether this is a reliable test.

Instead of copying file by file you should tar the files as @robi suggested and upload it via file manager. You can then extract it (file manager has an Extract option).

@solarsimon mm, usually that should not be required. Did you set the mail from address of the discourse app in the Email view - https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/#mail-from-address ?

I did a clean installation and restored a backup. Since than, everything is working fine. Thanks
